Project overview
Optimization of the website to strengthen market position and increase conversion rates for a leading healthcare recruitment company.
Vokus is one of the established personnel recruitment agencies in the Swiss healthcare sector and supports over 400 healthcare institutions in 16 cantons. The existing website no longer matched the growth and positioning of the company. It looked visually inconsistent, the CMS was cumbersome and updating the many job offers was taking up a lot of internal time.
The new solution needed to simultaneously reach two target groups: nursing professionals looking for transparent assignment options and healthcare institutions that reliably need staff. Added to this was the requirement to cleanly translate the new branding from Jung von Matt and make the website the central information point within Vokus's digital strategy.
